All Screws are heat treated with black oxide finish.  Each screw is 10-32 to fit any standard rack rail.  Screws Without Washers are 1/2" long, and Screws With Washers are 3/4" long.  Screws without washers are good for permanant installs where equipment stays put.  Washers are black nylon and help prevent marring of equipment surfaces.
